Our Free Consultation offers you a no-obligation opportunity to discuss your concerns with a qualified Family Practice Physician. Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking Policy (Paid Visits) Appointments are scheduled online through our secure platform.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email, intake forms and consents, and instructions for your telehealth visit.
Appointments are not confirmed until payment is successfully completed. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Paid Visits) You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Changes made within less than 24 hours are considered late. Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.
You may reschedule instead of canceling if done within the allowed timeframe. 3. Refund Policy All completed visits are non-refundable.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
If a technical issue occurs on our end, we will reschedule your visit at no cost. 4. Free 15-Minute Consultation Policy The free consultation is intended to determine if we are a good fit for your care needs.
This consultation is limited to one per patient.
No medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions will be provided during this visit. You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours in advance.
Missed consultations may result in loss of eligibility for future free consultations or requirement to book a paid visit. We reserve the right to deny future free consultations if the service is misused, including repeated no-shows or inappropriate use. 5. Waitlist Policy If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist.
If a slot becomes available, you will be notified via email or text.
Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Waitlist notifications may expire if not accepted promptly. 6. Late Arrival Policy (Telehealth) Please be ready at your scheduled time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
This may be treated as a late cancellation. 7. Account & Scheduling Access Patients are responsible for managing their appointments through their account.
For security and privacy reasons, only verified users may modify appointments.
