Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At OptimaVida Health & Wellness, we strive to provide timely care to all our patients. Please review our policy to understand your responsibilities regarding scheduled visits.

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance

2. Late Cancellation

  • Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full visit fee being charged

3. No-Shows

  • Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full

4. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrival may result in shortened visit time
  • Full appointment fees may still apply

5. Responsibility

  • Patients are responsible for managing appointments and communication.
  • OptimaVida Health & Wellness LLC is not liable for missed care, delays, or outcomes resulting from missed, canceled, or delayed appointments.
